Graham Alexander, B.A. Sc. President, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman of the Board
Mr. Alexander is founder and director of the Corporation. He graduated from the University of British Columbia Canada as an electrical engineer. He was a stockbroker for both Global Securities and Canaccord Capital Corporation through to 2003. In 2006, he completed his first development in Chilliwack Canada called Elk Mountain Estates, a 32 lot hi end subdivision in the fraser valley of Vancouver. In 2007, he completed his first hotel in Tulum, Mexico called Parayso Hotel. He is currently working to expand the first hotel by fully utilizing the land currently owned by Rancho, offerring beachside weddings and grow Rancho buy openning other hotels in gateway locations. Mr. Alexander's focus is to develop hotels in Vancouver, Los Angeles and New York through its public company.

Nick De Cotiis, Developer, Venture Capitalist, Joint Venture Developer
Mr. De Cotiis is a Developer and is part of the De Cotiis family with over 10 Billion in Residential and Commercial Developments in Canada. Mr. De Cotiis is working with Rancho as a consultant, investor, and joint venture partner for the construction of the Hotel in Vancouver and future hotels in Los Angeles and New York City. Mr. De Cotiis and his family bring over 50 years in builder experience to the Company

Sean Sherwood, Director of Operations
Mr. Sherwood will be architecting the concept of the new Vancouver hotel, which will be a tribute to the west coast lifestyle. Mr. Sherwood has opened and owned various restaurants in Vancouver including Fiction, Lucy Mae Brown and Century. His staff have included people such as Andrey Durbach (Parkside, La Buca, Pied a Terre), Nico Shuermans (Chambar), Andre McGillavray (Boneta), and brings a tremendous passion for the local dining scene, and the people involved.

Brent Swain, Account Executive
Mr. Swain has worked for numerous private and public companies in the past assisting in the capital raising efforts. Mr. Swain manages the Vancouver office.
